Future Build Innovation Pitch Competition is a cutting-edge technical event organised by the Department of Mechanical Engineering (UIE), Chandigarh University, in collaboration with ASHRAE-PEDA (The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers-Punjab Energy Development Agency).
The event sheds light on future-ready, Al-driven, and sustainable building innovations, inspiring students to pitch novel ideas, models, or prototypes focused on smart infrastructure and energy-efficient systems, and shaping the next generation of intelligent and green buildings.
Objectives
To develop and promote future-ready, sustainable building technologies that support the creation of next-generation smart infrastructure systems
To integrate artificial intelligence across core engineering disciplines for designing intelligent, automated solutions to real-world engineering challenges
To prioritize energy-efficient innovation by reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, enabling environmentally responsible and sustainable outcomes
To enable industry-oriented, solution-driven problem-solving by translating academic research and innovation into practical, real-world applications
To foster interdisciplinary collaboration among diverse domains to generate holistic, integrated, and transformative engineering solutions
